What The Heck is "Growth Mindest"?
There are many people who believe that success is just something that you are born with. One day you're a babbling baby, and then "poof" you possess the talent and skill of a 50-year old master of a craft.
Then there are the other people. People who acknowledge that talent and luck play a part, but do not let those terms stop them from honing their skills to a level of proficiency or mastery. It's basically the saying " Practice makes perfect ".
Instead of seeing challanges as reasons to not pursue a task or activity, you see it as a challange and tool to to make you better. Having a growth mindset allows you to adapt and learn from your mistakes, help with critical thinking and problem-solving, and keeps you motivated. You become a more confident instead of diffident.
